Payment

Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers may request cancellation or modification of their order before the product is shipped. Once the necklace has been crafted or shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
LOVORY offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and fully intact. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped worldwide to the USA, Canada, Brazil, and Australia using USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days. LOVORY ensures that every necklace is carefully packaged and arrives safely.
Liability
LOVORY takes full responsibility for the product until it reaches the customer. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact our support team immediately.

Our products are available for purchase by all customers in the specified countries. There are no age or legal restrictions for purchasing LOVORY necklaces.
